STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE

IDENTIFY TYPE OF PROPERTY
Together we will identify the type of property you are looking for.

LOCATE BEST PROPERTIES
I will locate the best properties for you through the MLS System, homes that are for sale by owner, contacting my client base that I have built over the past 26 years as well as contact with other Realtors who have new listings coming up. This is especially helpful if your needs are very specific; e.g. a condo in a particular building.

3.

PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION
I will check into further details about the listings before you view the properties.

4.

VIEWING PROPERTIES
I will make all the necessary arrangements for you to view the properties that meet your needs. At this stage I would provide information on the neighbourhood and the status of the real estate market.

5.

SELECTION
Once you have viewed the available properties you will select the home that best suits your needs. I will advise you on what similar homes have sold for in the area so that you can decide what offer you will make for the home.

6.

NEGOTIATION
Under your direction I will present your offer which will include the price, items you wish to include as well as the terms such as move in dates etc. For the past 26 years I have negotiated well over a 1,000 deals. I am a very strong negotiator and I will get you the very best price.
